Hi, my name is Cassian. The idea to sell jewelry really started as a suggestion I made to my Mom to supplement her income. After all, these are tough times and every little bit helps. So to start her off, and with little bit of money, I conducted a lot of research, seeking the best quality and the most exquisite pieces I could find from the most gifted craftsmen, for a fraction of the cost. Since it's my Mom, I didn't want her selling junk (that I know is a surefire way to ruin business before it even starts). So armed with a few pieces, she started offering them for sale at work. Literally within a few short days, all the pieces were sold off and we needed more inventory. So we upped the orders and things were selling so fast that it was hard to keep up. So I stopped to examine what we had going on - gorgeous pieces of high quality, below market value.
With this knowledge, I thought of all the friends and family I know who also want to supplement their income. I mean the mark-up is so phenomenal, that on retail, a seller can, for the most part, even double what they pay for the pieces!! Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
My Best Jewelry.com wants you to be a happy customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with the jewelry that you receive from us, as we only sell high quality products. We do understand that you may not like your purchase for some reason. You may return or exchange your jewelry within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange. To return jewelry to My Best Jewelry.com, please follow the steps below.
1. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the silver jewelry for. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned jewelry, and then charged for the replacement silver jewelry. Be sure to include the jewelry item name, number, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.
2. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of jewelry. Your feedback is very important to us!
3. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your jewelry, box, pouch, any free gift and a copy of the invoice.
4. Write the word EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package, to indicate the type of processing. You may return or exchange any item except "Final Clearance" items within 7 days of your purchase. We do not require an ITEM number for returns or exchanges.
5. YOU MUST SHIP TO US VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO OUR ADDRESS. We will only accept returns & exchanges that are sent to our ADDRESS. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package and you must apply postage to the returned package.
6. Once your jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. My Best Jewelry.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned jewelry item. Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.
7. If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order. 8. If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the free gift threshold, we ask that you return the gift.
